Cute Little Girl in Mutrah

Traditional dress, Muttrah, Oman

This travel blog photo's source is TravelPod page: Traditional dress, Muttrah, Oman

For Eid (after Ramadan), Omani families often wear new clothes (new jewels) and females (even babies) get henna done.

In the pic above the little girl wears a dress and jewelry common to the Batinah/Muscat region (she's from Mutrah).

Last night I went to Mutrah for an hour to buy fabric for my Eid stuff since I heard Ramadan wouldn't be until tomorrow. It was SOOOOOOOOO busy, so if you are going to order your Eid clothes by a tailor there, get on that ASAP.
